Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postora (the “Service”), operated by Yukti software Technologies (“Postora”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Postora. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; sharing accounts across multiple people is not permitted on the same paid plan.
• Notify us immediately at support@postora.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

You may use Postora only with content you own or have explicit permission to publish. You agree NOT to:

• Connect RSS feeds for blogs you do not own or operate.
• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
• Use the Service to send spam, run misinformation campaigns, manipulate elections, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, create multiple accounts to evade fair-use policies, or share access credentials.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure, including denial-of-service attempts.
• Use the Service in violation of Facebook’s, Instagram’s, or any other connected platform’s terms of service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules, with no refund issued for ongoing subscriptions.

You retain all ownership and rights to the blog articles, captions, and media you provide or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content to generate captions, suggestions, and engagement scores.
• Store your content within our database to operate the Service.
• Transmit your content to the social platforms you authorize, on your behalf.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Postora uses AI providers (currently OpenRouter) to generate captions, suggestions, and engagement scores based on your articles. AI output:

• Is provided as a starting point — you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing captions before publishing.
• May occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn’t match your brand.
• Is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar articles may produce similar captions.

We are not liable for the consequences of publishing AI-generated content without review.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the dashboard. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
• Failed payments may result in temporary downgrade to the Free plan.
• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Each plan includes a monthly post-generation limit (e.g. 5 posts on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth). Limits reset on the same calendar day each month from your sign-up or upgrade date.

Exceeding limits temporarily pauses RSS automation. Manual review and publishing of existing posts continues to work.

Postora integrates with Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. By connecting accounts:

• You authorize Postora to publish content on your behalf using OAuth tokens.
• You acknowledge that platform availability, API behavior, and rate limits are outside our control.
• You agree to comply with each platform’s own terms of service.
• Platform changes (e.g. API deprecations) may affect functionality without prior notice.

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect service.

We are not liable for missed posts, delayed publications, or lost data resulting from outages, RSS feed errors, or platform API failures beyond our control.

The Postora brand, software, design, and documentation are owned by Yukti software Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postora and Yukti software Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 2,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postora and Yukti software Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service in violation of any third-party rights or laws; (c) content you provide or publish through the Service.

You can terminate this agreement by deleting your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially breach these Terms.
• Your account shows clear signs of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the Service entirely (with at least 30 days’ notice and a prorated refund where applicable).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Surviving sections include: 5 (your content), 11 (IP), 12–14 (disclaimers, liability, indemnity), and 16 (governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@postora.pro and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the complete agreement between you and us.
• Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce a right doesn’t waive that right.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our written consent.
