What counts as a post?

Each time Postora processes a blog article and generates captions for it, that counts as one post — regardless of how many platforms you publish to.

What happens when I hit the post limit?

On the Free plan, new RSS articles are paused once you reach 5 posts. You can still manually review and publish existing posts. Upgrade to Starter for 50 posts per month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. When you upgrade, the new limit applies immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Which social platforms are supported?

Facebook Pages and Instagram Business. Both connect via the same Meta OAuth — one click covers both. LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter/X are coming soon.

Is auto-publish safe to enable?

Auto-publish posts directly from your RSS feed to your connected accounts. We recommend enabling it after reviewing a few posts manually so you know the caption quality meets your standards.

Do you store my social account passwords?

Never. We use OAuth tokens — the same standard used by every major app. You can revoke access from your social account settings at any time.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription, no questions asked. After that, plans are non-refundable but you can cancel any time to stop future billing. See our full Refund Policy for details.
